第8篇 全國各地分公司采購總監(jiān)及各部門經(jīng)理崗位職責
1.負責主持總公司下屬的分公司公司的所有海內外項目的物資(生產原材料、生產設備、維修工器具、生活物資等)的采購工作、國內國外的物流工作。
2.對部門的員工進行物流倉儲管理、生產管理、談判等方面的訓練,熟悉采購操作流程,熟悉采購相關質量管理體系,指導并監(jiān)督屬下開展業(yè)務,提升采購人員業(yè)務能力,保證達到公司正常的采購量。
