1. be responsible of product profitability (product under development and on-going).

11. in the development phase, assures the link and the coordination between r&d, industrial, quality and sourcing.

qualifications:
1. bachelor or above, major in mechanical engineering or relevant;
2. min. 7 years working e_periences, 3 years at managerial role, auto industry is preferred;
3. basic knowledge of fmea/spc/msa;
4. be familiar with apqp/ppap/iso/ts 16949, practical e_perience of program management;
5. good knowledge of cost control and profitability management;
6. good leadership in product & industrialization understanding;
7. good communication skill both in internal and e_ternal contact;
8. good pc skills especially for ms-office software;
9. fluent english both in oral and written;
