崗位職責(zé)描述
模具研發(fā)工程師在日常工作中,將參與新產(chǎn)品的前期討論,理解產(chǎn)品設(shè)計需求,制定模具設(shè)計方案。他們需要進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的設(shè)計計算,繪制模具圖紙,并與制造部門緊密合作,確保模具制造過程的順利進(jìn)行。此外,他們還需跟蹤模具試模過程,對可能出現(xiàn)的問題進(jìn)行調(diào)整優(yōu)化,以達(dá)到最佳的生產(chǎn)效果。

responsible:
● to conceive, e_plore and e_ecute new tooling technology development as per product roadmap and portfolio;
● to play as consultancy role in techno e_ploration and product design on tooling design and processing related
● to consolidate and manage tooling design and processing guideline to feed in mechanical design and development
● to drive tooling quality continuous improvement related to design and processing
● to direct and oversight of suppliers’ tooling design, fabrication process, qualification during new product development
● to build relationship with manufacturing teams to together raise logitech tooling quality bar to upper level
education:
● bs / ms in mechanical or manufacturing
required e_perience
● minimum above 5 years of e_perience of tooling design or fabrication management job
● detail e_perience to play a techno leader role in the related industries which was often communicating with an international organization.
● had detailed knowledge on tooling design and fabrication, and e_pertise to guide suppliers on tooling design and fabrication process through setting criterion and guideline in comple_ me/cmf design requirement
● plus: e_perience in plastic or metal fabrication process.
