as part of the process team of the sekurit r&d department, the injection molding leader will be trained and become a recognized technical e_pert within the organization for automotive glazing encapsulation technology. in close cooperation with the global r&d network and business functional teams, he/she will be responsible for the coordination of injection molding trials, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, to achieve a successful transfer to mass production for new products in asia. in addition, he/she will provide regular technical assistance to the operations to increase the overall industrial performance, and propose innovations to support the long-term business growth.
1. work with closely with all technical teams and injection molding technicians to perform the development trials for new products under development. cooperate with sekurit project, production and quality teams to follow and support the improvement of all child parts. lead the smooth transfer to mass production and support the ramp-up activity. (30%)
2. act as a major contact point within the process team and make the link with the global organizations. continuously improve the team’s technical capability & efficiency through benchmarking, market watch, standardization, best practices and lessons learnt. (30%)
3. provide technical assistance to plants in asia and propose new technologies to increase their overall industrial performance in terms of oee, yield, and costs. (15%)
4. to be the main coordinator of lcc projects in cooperation with teams outside of asia (europe / america), to provide local support resources for prototype deliveries from china (15%)
5. follow saint-gobain rules in terms of principles of conduct & action, compliance, ehs & 5s tasks. be the key contributor to the r&d workshop organization, safety & 5s management, and equipment maintenance (10%)
任職要求:
1. bachelor degree and above, major in technical fields such as mechanical engineering, mechanics, material science, physics, etc
2. minimum 5 years relevant e_periences in product development for automotive industry, background in injection molding is preferred
3. proven performance track record to industrialize new products
4. ability to work in a highly agile & cross-functional environment, and to handle high pressure situations
5. good communication and leadership skills, with the potential to grow quickly and take more responsibilities within the organization
6. english reading/writing, workable oral english
