1、負(fù)責(zé)客服中心應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)的整體規(guī)劃和實(shí)施,推動(dòng)智能技術(shù)在客服工作中的應(yīng)用。

職責(zé)描述:

the travel account supervisor is responsible for e_ecuting various aspects of china travel’s distribution strategies in china, through the travel related channel. this role requires e_tensive travel with a local province in china.

responsibilities include:

? intermediated sales management

o directly responsible for the travel accounts portfolio’s top line performance with focus on meeting – and e_ceeding – revenue budget targets

o analyse sales results to determine best course of action to meet sales targets

o reach sales goals within agreed underwriting, risk profile, and e_pense guidelines

? account management

o personally build, manage, and maintain relationships with travel accounts at various levels of management (including support of multi-national accounts from other countries and regions) through best-in-class service quality

o design, plan & e_ecute activities – including but not limited to product, distribution, marketing, training, and customer campaign activities - within aig travel’s insurance yield management framework to reach budgeted production

o manage accounts pro-actively including formal scheduled reviews/meetings, activity dashboards/pipelines, best practice sharing, and sales reporting

o collaborate with respective in-country and regional functional stakeholders such as finance, call center, claims, and regional program management to ensure smooth end-to-end operation of programs

lead and support prospect management, tender responses, client presentations, negotiations, and business closing;

? strategic direction setting

o support the travel manager in building strategic plans

o ensure intimate knowledge of assigned account news, customers, and market trends; and identify potential opportunities and challenges
