工程顧問(wèn)崗位職責(zé)
工作內(nèi)容】:
1. 國(guó)際酒店的平面布局方案設(shè)計(jì)及內(nèi)部施工圖深化設(shè)計(jì);
2. 對(duì)國(guó)際酒店設(shè)計(jì)方的深化圖紙進(jìn)行審核校對(duì)，配合項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理完成現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工與設(shè)計(jì)方案的協(xié)調(diào)及落實(shí);
3.工程建設(shè)過(guò)程中，負(fù)責(zé)施工質(zhì)量、進(jìn)度和安全的跟蹤指導(dǎo);
4. 酒店品牌更新、升級(jí)設(shè)計(jì)的全程參與及跟進(jìn);
5. 與空間設(shè)計(jì)配合進(jìn)行酒店新產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)和設(shè)計(jì)的全程參與及跟進(jìn);
6. 持續(xù)性的對(duì)現(xiàn)有酒店的設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行更新及改進(jìn);
【任職資格】:
1、本科以上學(xué)歷，室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)、工程類或相關(guān)專業(yè)。
2、有良好的工裝方案設(shè)計(jì)基礎(chǔ)，從事過(guò)酒店設(shè)計(jì)者優(yōu)先;
3、有給排水、暖通方面專業(yè)知識(shí)和施工圖經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉水系統(tǒng)配置，消防泵選型等工作優(yōu)先;
4、工作計(jì)劃性強(qiáng)、執(zhí)行力強(qiáng)、有責(zé)任心;
5、溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力較好，能熟練操作cad、3d、ps等制圖軟件。
6、有一定的英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)。
[work content]:
1. design of layout scheme and interior construction plan of international hotel;
2. review and proofread the deepening drawings of the international hotel designer， and coordinate with the project manager to complete the on-site construction and design plan coordination and implementation;
3. in the construction process， responsible for the construction quality， progress and safety tracking guidance;
4. the hotel brand update， upgrade the entire design participation and follow up;
5. cooperate with space design to develop new hotel products and design the whole process of participation and follow up;
6. continuously update and improve the design of e_isting hotels;
[qualifications]:
1， bachelor degree or above， major in interior design， engineering or related major.
2， have a good basis for the design of the package design， have been engaged in hotel designers first;
3， have professional knowledge in water supply and drainage， heating and construction drawings e_perience， familiar with the water system configuration， fire pump selection and other work priority;
4， strong work plan， strong e_ecution， responsible;
5， communication and coordination ability is good， can skillfully operate cad， 3d， ps and other graphics software.
