1. develop and improve the process incl. related support processes, define the process specification and estimate the potential quality problem in production line. create process description and test/inspection/verification methods;

3. at least 3 years’ e_perience in automotive business;
4. analytical ability, honesty and integrity, willing to learn new knowledge;
5. know-how of cqi-9 and q-tools, such as doe, pfema etc.

3.熟悉航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)零部件熱處理工藝，尤其是真空熱處理
4.中級(jí)職稱或?qū)I(yè)能力等級(jí)2級(jí)以上

任職要求:
1、大專及以上學(xué)歷，材料、熱處理等相關(guān)專業(yè);
2、熱處理工作3年及以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
3、熟練運(yùn)用金屬材料熱處理工藝;主導(dǎo)非晶、納米晶、鐵氧體材料熱處理工藝開發(fā)、技術(shù)規(guī)范制定。熟悉熱處理現(xiàn)場(chǎng)生產(chǎn)流程及設(shè)備參數(shù)，能夠指導(dǎo)熱處理現(xiàn)場(chǎng)生產(chǎn)。
