5、 具有較強(qiáng)的獨(dú)立工作能力和自我管理能力,良好的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)能力。 根據(jù)公司品牌定位及部門定位,做好定制鞋商品企劃,根據(jù)市場(chǎng)趨勢(shì)及信息,把握每季開發(fā)方向,合理準(zhǔn)確開發(fā)定制鞋款。
1、 負(fù)責(zé)建立并完善高端制定鞋研發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及流程;
2、負(fù)責(zé)把握國內(nèi)外流行趨勢(shì),制定定制鞋商品企劃案;
3、定期走訪市場(chǎng),購買樣品信息,收集市場(chǎng)鞋類資訊;
4、負(fù)責(zé)組織、落實(shí)具體的開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)工作,按照產(chǎn)品開發(fā)周期合理的制定每季的開發(fā)計(jì)劃并完成任務(wù);
5、 負(fù)責(zé)合理安排版師的工作,跟蹤開發(fā)進(jìn)度,在設(shè)計(jì)過程中出現(xiàn)的工藝問題及時(shí)進(jìn)行調(diào)研、分析、擬定解決方案并協(xié)調(diào)處理;
6、研發(fā)新產(chǎn)品的同時(shí)提高開發(fā)的命中率,并合理的控制開發(fā)費(fèi)用;
7、嚴(yán)格做好產(chǎn)品信息的保密工作;
8、完成上級(jí)交辦的其他任務(wù),配合相關(guān)人員開展工作。
