5、協(xié)助院黨委秘書搞好職稱的評定、繼續(xù)再教育工作。
6、負責學院在新校區(qū)行政和后勤人員考勤工作、會議的考勤工作及大外部各種會議的記錄和考勤工作。
7、教師超工作量酬金的核算,各類加班酬金的核算。
8、做好文件、資料的交換,并做好保密工作。
9、做好新、舊校區(qū)信息溝通協(xié)調工作。
第2篇 行政主管崗位職責(農業(yè)科學院)
1.負責重點實驗室網站管理與宣傳工作;安排重點實驗室的學術活動。
2.參與重點實驗室大型共享設備管理、制度建立,組織相關培訓工作;協(xié)調設備管理人員之間的信息交流以及與科研人員之間的信息反饋。
3.負責重點實驗室的財務管理;負責同位素室的管理。

崗位職責:

? work closely with deputy mba director and the mba program team to oversee all aspects of the cohort during the study period, including academic learning, e_tra-curriculum e_periences and career development;
? work closely with student committee and key student leaders to manage the overall cohort dynamics to foster a positive cohort culture and proactively address the potential issues;
? manage the key events of the cohort, including but not limited to opening, graduation, year-end party, orientation and e_it module, etc.;
? serve as the key interface of the cohort with school administration and knowledge center of cohort students;
? manage and advise on the academic planning of the cohort, including options of different length of the program, overseas electives, china modules, concentrations, coordinated degree programs, academic probation, special academic arrangement, defer, leave, etc.;

職位描述:
key duties and responsibilities:
1. to work closely as a dynamic and energetic team in organizing, delivering and enhancing comprehensive and well-structured career development programs to the sme’s undergraduate students, helping them move onto their ne_t step after graduation;
2.to be closely involved in building up and strengthening specifically assigned market/ industry network with a view to sourcing career / internship opportunities from potential employers locally, regionally and internationally;
3.to effectively support a proactive student body through providing regular career coaching, job search guidance, resume review, interview skills training etc.;
4.to initiate, organize and deliver business skills training or workshops, career talks and company visits as well as other relevant events organized by business partners in the region;
5. to act as an effective liaison and contact point between students and potential employers; provide timely feedback and supports to all the parties

qualifications and requirements:
1. a bachelor degree holder with 4+ years’ solid work e_perience gained in sizeable international organizations
2. with prior e_perience in relevant industry is nice to have; directly relevant background in staffing, recruitment and/or training & development will be a big plus;
3. e_ceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills, with the ability to interact with employers and students effectively;
