崗位職責(zé): 協(xié)助店經(jīng)理執(zhí)行門店營運(yùn),按照店經(jīng)理的指示,將篩選的信息對值班團(tuán)隊進(jìn)行傳達(dá)。 在發(fā)生客流高峰或突發(fā)事件時保持冷靜;確保門店的正常營運(yùn)并為伙伴作出積極的榜樣。 理解伙伴的動機(jī)、需求及所關(guān)注的問題。 積極參與與顧客的交流,從而了解顧客和門店所在社區(qū)的需求。 保證工作的正常且準(zhǔn)時出勤。 使用外部的資源來處理門店的緊急需求, 包括伙伴及資產(chǎn)保護(hù),人力資源以及食品飲料食物和飲料等。 審視門店環(huán)境,對門店團(tuán)隊進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)和指導(dǎo),以達(dá)成營運(yùn)目標(biāo)。 在值班期間運(yùn)用營運(yùn)工具指導(dǎo)伙伴進(jìn)行工作,有效地為店經(jīng)理提供人事決策建議。任職資格: 大專以上學(xué)歷 本崗位1年以上管理經(jīng)驗 優(yōu)秀的執(zhí)行力,團(tuán)隊管理能力,和溝通能力 較強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)能力

3. 新門市的尋找和開發(fā),業(yè)主洽談,ssp等審核報告完成,合同條款內(nèi)外部溝通;

4. 開店前協(xié)調(diào),開店后維護(hù),定期pr業(yè)主,競爭店數(shù)據(jù)更新。

任職要求:

1. ??萍耙陨蠈W(xué)歷,3年以上連鎖行業(yè)同崗位或甲方招商工作經(jīng)驗;

2. 有較強(qiáng)的語言組織能力,工作執(zhí)行力強(qiáng),高效率,具備良好的團(tuán)隊合作意識;

3. 熟練操作office軟件,具備一定的英語口語及書寫能力;
