借條的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)格式，必須達(dá)到以下幾點(diǎn)要求
一、標(biāo)題一定要寫借條二字，切莫被別人故意誤寫成欠條， 特別注意：雖然都是錢在別人那，但在法律上結(jié)果卻是完全不同的;
二、一定寫明今借到***現(xiàn)金***元，注明大寫***圓整。特別注意：核實(shí)大小寫相一致，如果大小寫數(shù)額不一致，司法實(shí)踐中會(huì)以大寫金額為準(zhǔn);
三、一定寫正確出借人姓名，身份證號(hào)碼，同時(shí)一定要寫明借款人的姓名和身份證號(hào)碼，以避免發(fā)生糾紛時(shí)再去核實(shí)借款人身份是否重名等問(wèn)題;
四、如果不能確定要求借款人什么時(shí)候歸還，建議出借人不寫歸還日期，這樣時(shí)效上可以保證20年，而不會(huì)由于一時(shí)忘記導(dǎo)致時(shí)效超過(guò)不能收回。懂得法律的人都知道，寫上歸還日期與不寫歸還日期差別不大。
五、如果要求給利息，一定要寫明，法律規(guī)定：不明確約定支付利息的，歸還時(shí)要求利息的是不予支持的;
六、借條最好是在a4紙上先將借款人的身份證正、反面復(fù)印在紙張的右下方，然后在上端書寫借條，另外，注意：簽字后最好請(qǐng)他或(她)以右手大拇指(我國(guó)無(wú)論是法院或律師等司法實(shí)踐中都是嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行右手大拇指)捺指印。
七、因?yàn)樗谙蚰憬桢X，主動(dòng)權(quán)在你手上，所以在借錢之前完善手續(xù)是不成問(wèn)題的。
