我深刻的認(rèn)識(shí)到那是錯(cuò)誤的行為。首先經(jīng)過(guò)這次領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的批評(píng)我認(rèn)識(shí)到開(kāi)會(huì)遲到本身就是不重視代為規(guī)定的表現(xiàn)，我這種行為在單位能造成及其壞的影響，破壞單位的形象。同事之間本應(yīng)該互相學(xué)習(xí)，互相促進(jìn)，而我的這種表現(xiàn)，卻是給同事們帶了一個(gè)壞頭。如果干工作也這樣，社區(qū)的人也會(huì)認(rèn)為這是一個(gè)沒(méi)有規(guī)章制度的單位，不但影響單位象，也會(huì)影響自己的前途。這不但對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同事造成了一定時(shí)間上的損失，而且也十分的不利于我自己未來(lái)的人生的發(fā)展，當(dāng)然遲到并不是正真問(wèn)題的所在關(guān)鍵是，從這件事情也反映了一個(gè)人的素質(zhì)和品質(zhì)。
因?yàn)樯鐣?huì)不是學(xué)校，既然走到了社會(huì)，參加了工作，我也不能像在學(xué)校馬馬虎虎，不能不把事情不放在心上，這是態(tài)度與思想的問(wèn)題。沒(méi)有把問(wèn)題放在心上就不可能把事情做好，就會(huì)影響到自己的工作，是對(duì)時(shí)間沒(méi)有觀念。
曾經(jīng)有人問(wèn)比爾蓋茨，假如地上有一百美元，你會(huì)去撿嗎?他十分堅(jiān)定的說(shuō)，不會(huì)，因?yàn)樵谖覔戾X(qián)的那俺一瞬間，我已經(jīng)賺了100萬(wàn)美元我想，撿錢(qián)的一瞬間才多久?就能賺100萬(wàn)美元，那么五分鐘呢?能賺多少?
而假如浪費(fèi)了這五分鐘，所損失的是什么啊，是我們無(wú)法估量!!五分鐘、五分鐘啊!!我對(duì)我個(gè)人犯下的這個(gè)錯(cuò)誤感到后悔與遺憾。
