第1篇 英語(yǔ)演講稿:愛(ài)是幫助學(xué)生的鑰匙

good afternoon ladies and gentleman,

it is a great honor to be chosen to speak here. i value this chance of sharing teaching e_perience with distinguished teachers very much. to be honest i felt rather nostalgic when somebody told me i would make a speech before all of you fine people. i can still remember when i made my first speech in college. my heart would have jumped out of my chest if i hadn’t tried my best to control my breath. the reason lies in the fact that i really didn’t know what to say at that time!

well today, being a teacher of english for some years in shenzhen, i have a strong sense of responsibility, which always fills me with strength and confidence.

i am from _inzhou middle school located in the west part of shenzhen. there are two e_tremes in my school. about 38% are from local resident families, whose parents are rich and some even rich enough to own several buildings. but some of the children in such families turned out to be slow in their lessons. they seem to have everything but the motivation of learning. however, about 60% of the students are from working class families in the villages near by, whose parents hold temporary residence identities. sometimes when we visit these students at home we noticed that a large proportion of their living standards are very critical. some don’t even have desks good enough to finish their homework on. no wonder they appear quite reluctant to pay enough attention to the teachers in classes, and always find e_cuses not to finish their homework. and according to assessment criteria there are 40% students struggling to get a pass in the english learning. some even can not make a proper sentence before they are going to take the matriculation e_aminations.

i still remember once i saw my student coming to school with one arm hanging on her neck. when asked she just said she was careless when she run across a pond, fell down and broke her arm. but later i got to know that she fell from the place she sleeps on the temporary second floor at home, where half of it is a small shop in the village, while she was climbing down the ladder. at that time she was in a hurry to go to school. not until then did i realized how hard it is for some of our students to manage to survive in shenzhen, let along concentrate in learning their lessons at school. i believe if children live in poverty, they learn to fight for their future, if children live in comfort they learn to enjoy themselves.

then come the question, “how could i help them?” “what do they need most?” after some years of practicing i got to know three golden rules in english teaching in such kind of schools.

rule no.1 getting to know what e_actly problems in our students’ learning english have and trying best to give them individual instructions;

rule no.2 try best to build up their confidence, let them have a taste of success. make them believe that english is not that difficult as they thought to be;

rule no.3 never trying to teach them the knowledge of english until they really mastered their own way of studying. for the most valuable knowledge is not the knowledge itself; it is the learning strategy.

rule no. 4 the most important aspect in teaching here is love we cherish during teaching. if we don’t love our students whole-heartedly we will never succeed in secondary education in shenzhen.

so from what my e_perience, “love” is the key to motivate our students!

你們好!我是國(guó)際商務(wù)學(xué)院勤工助學(xué)中心的干事__。我來(lái)自10電商一班。首先,感謝大家的支持與學(xué)校提供的這次機(jī)會(huì),使我能參與競(jìng)選,一展自己的抱負(fù)。我競(jìng)選的職位是:勤工助學(xué)中心的副部長(zhǎng)。

在進(jìn)入大學(xué)后,我加入了勤工這個(gè)部門(mén)。我熱愛(ài)我的部門(mén)、熱愛(ài)我的工作、熱愛(ài)我的生活。對(duì)我來(lái)說(shuō),沒(méi)有最好,只有更好。過(guò)去的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)和能力的積累,使我覺(jué)得有能力肩負(fù)這一重任。學(xué)生會(huì)的目的就是:調(diào)節(jié)好老師和同學(xué)們之間的關(guān)系、組織好我分院的各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)等等。

我是個(gè)很內(nèi)向的女孩子。在部門(mén)中,我不是很愛(ài)言語(yǔ)的。但寸有所長(zhǎng),尺有所短。天生我才必有用,我有年輕的資本,有激情提供動(dòng)力,有能力作為保證。我敢愛(ài)敢恨、敢想敢做,我喜歡真心實(shí)意,厭惡勾心斗角,我崇尚高度與長(zhǎng)度,鄙視儒弱與膽小,我有極大的自尊心、有強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任感、有極強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)精神與合作意識(shí)。

多次從事勤工工作的我,在此期間學(xué)會(huì)了很多,但昨日已經(jīng)過(guò)去,明天才是我的追求。高中生活是我人生的一個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)折,城市學(xué)院的書(shū)香之氣帶給了我學(xué)習(xí)的機(jī)遇,也帶給了我施展才華的舞臺(tái)。這次參加競(jìng)選勤工部副部長(zhǎng)也是對(duì)我的鍛煉和考驗(yàn),我熱愛(ài)我的工作。

那勤工部是做什么的呢?這是每一個(gè)競(jìng)選人必須首先回答的問(wèn)題。我的理解是:從廣義上說(shuō)。勤工部是一個(gè)代表學(xué)生的團(tuán)體。是指,學(xué)生在學(xué)校的組織下利用課余時(shí)間。通過(guò)自己的勞動(dòng)取得合法報(bào)酬,用于改善學(xué)習(xí)和生活條件的社會(huì)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)。勤工助學(xué)是學(xué)校資助工作的重要組成部分,是提高學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)和資助家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)困難學(xué)生的有效途徑。通過(guò)兼職或假期的工作報(bào)酬以改善學(xué)習(xí)和生活條件的行為。有些地方也稱之為工讀或者工讀生,半工讀或者半工。但是。學(xué)生的本性就是學(xué)習(xí),不能荒廢學(xué)業(yè)。

我承認(rèn),作為學(xué)生會(huì)的干部很威風(fēng),但是威風(fēng)的同時(shí)也需要我們花出時(shí)間與精力使周?chē)瑢W(xué)的生活變得豐富、快樂(lè)。做工作,不是為了干而干,而是我們從內(nèi)心底里喜歡著我們的工作,愛(ài)著我們的學(xué)校!這樣,不但不會(huì)覺(jué)得工作是負(fù)擔(dān),反而感覺(jué)到每做完心中都會(huì)有一種感動(dòng)。

總之,我們每個(gè)人都能在這里找到自己的位置,發(fā)出我們青春的呼喊!我們將努力使勤工部成為學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與學(xué)生之間一座溝通心靈的橋梁,成為師生之間的紐帶。新的勤工部不再將是徒有虛名的擺設(shè),而是有所作為的名副其實(shí)的存在!

如果我競(jìng)選成功,我將努力以自身的行動(dòng)來(lái)帶動(dòng)大家。努力做到大事講原則,小事講風(fēng)格,共事講團(tuán)結(jié),做事講效果。我將用真誠(chéng)、理解和信任對(duì)待我們的每一個(gè)部員,給他們一個(gè)寬松的自我發(fā)展和創(chuàng)造的空間。,我將用旺盛的精力、清醒的頭腦來(lái)做好這項(xiàng)工作。,當(dāng)然還有很多我就不多說(shuō)了。我想我們都應(yīng)該當(dāng)個(gè)實(shí)干家,不需要那些美麗的詞匯來(lái)修飾。

如果我當(dāng)選上了,我將作好自己本職工作,在院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、老師的指導(dǎo)下,“求真,務(wù)實(shí),開(kāi)拓,創(chuàng)新”,將我系的學(xué)生工作做“小”,做“細(xì)”,為同學(xué)服務(wù),為老師分憂,我們將自始至終地遵循“一切為大家”的原則

如果這次我競(jìng)選失敗,無(wú)論什么原因,我都不后悔我參與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的選擇。我落選了,說(shuō)明我還有許多缺點(diǎn),我將繼續(xù)自我完善。我會(huì)一如既往,安安心心做好本職工作,在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中經(jīng)受鍛煉,在挫折中接受考驗(yàn),向競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的優(yōu)勝者學(xué)習(xí),為以后自己的成長(zhǎng)積蓄能量 。希望是自信的動(dòng)力,自信是成功的源泉,馬,只有跑過(guò)千里,才能知其是否為良駒;人,只有通過(guò)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),才能知其是否為棟梁;既然是花,我就要開(kāi)放;既然是樹(shù),我就要長(zhǎng)成棟梁;既然是石頭,我就要去鋪出大路;我堅(jiān)信,青春的舞臺(tái)由我主宰會(huì)更好!我堅(jiān)信,通過(guò)今天的洗禮,明天的我必將受益匪淺,在學(xué)生會(huì)的工作鍛煉中,一只稚拙的雛鳥(niǎo)必將長(zhǎng)起豐滿的雙翼。

尊敬的夏__,親愛(ài)的老師和同學(xué)們,大家好。

我叫趙__,來(lái)自__級(jí)新聞班。我是一名新聞專(zhuān)業(yè)的學(xué)生,但在大學(xué)從事的活動(dòng)主要是公益。很高興今天在這里傾聽(tīng)夏總的座談會(huì),接下來(lái)我想和大家分享幾個(gè)小故事:

一個(gè)一元募捐活動(dòng),在西方經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的課堂上,我問(wèn)老師是否愿意參加我們的活動(dòng),但老師沒(méi)帶零錢(qián)。我就對(duì)老師說(shuō),我?guī)湍憔枰辉X(qián),你對(duì)我說(shuō)一聲謝謝。老師同意了,之后我在朋友圈很自豪的發(fā)了一條說(shuō)說(shuō):看,愛(ài)的傳遞就是如此的簡(jiǎn)單。

__年善行100愛(ài)心包裹活動(dòng),帶著大一的小伙伴在路上為山區(qū)的孩子勸捐。開(kāi)始的時(shí)候總是被拒絕,有失望沮喪但依舊懷揣著希望。接到一個(gè)學(xué)妹的電話,只聽(tīng)她隔著電話大聲對(duì)我歡呼,學(xué)姐,我成功了。她邊跑邊喊,急促喜悅的聲音,讓我想象到了她興奮的樣子。幫助別人可以讓自己收獲如此大的快樂(lè)。

參加景德鎮(zhèn)樂(lè)平半程馬拉松的時(shí)候,21.079公里。當(dāng)跑到15、16公里處時(shí),很累。路兩旁圍觀的人喊著,小姑娘加油、小美女加油。讓我近乎疲憊的心瞬間充滿了力量。這些無(wú)心的鼓勵(lì)給了我極大的勇氣,讓我感激不已。

這樣的事情很多,每次想起來(lái)都會(huì)覺(jué)得溫暖。社會(huì)就是個(gè)體與他人相互作用的結(jié)果,你要成為什么樣的人,你就要去做什么樣的事情。我聽(tīng)過(guò)一句話,人性中最難能可貴的品質(zhì)就是勤奮和善良。

大學(xué)是一個(gè)人最美好的四年時(shí)光,也是最有激情最有想法的時(shí)候。在過(guò)去的一年里,我擔(dān)任了人文學(xué)院青年志愿者協(xié)會(huì)的會(huì)長(zhǎng)、善行100愛(ài)心包裹麥廬校區(qū)的負(fù)責(zé)人,也就職于義工協(xié)會(huì)。獲得了十多張獎(jiǎng)狀,像江財(cái)十大雷鋒哥雷鋒姐,中國(guó)扶貧基金會(huì)授予的優(yōu)秀服務(wù)者稱號(hào)等。社會(huì)價(jià)值的實(shí)現(xiàn)總是和個(gè)人價(jià)值息息相關(guān)。我每學(xué)年的加權(quán)成績(jī)都在85分以上,早上六點(diǎn)半起床看書(shū)的習(xí)慣已經(jīng)有一年多了。大學(xué)過(guò)去的兩個(gè)寒暑假:不僅參加了學(xué)院的實(shí)踐活動(dòng),在報(bào)社實(shí)習(xí),也勤工儉學(xué),鍛煉自己。我很喜歡運(yùn)動(dòng),尤其喜愛(ài)長(zhǎng)跑。徒步、騎行、馬拉松都經(jīng)歷過(guò)。運(yùn)動(dòng)不僅僅帶給我一個(gè)健康的心態(tài),也給了我一種認(rèn)識(shí)自我認(rèn)識(shí)社會(huì)的途徑。

大家好!

今天,我很高興能夠來(lái)到這里,代表所有受到資助的學(xué)生們,說(shuō)出我們的心聲。

我叫朱琳,我的父親在臨江市公路段工作,母親下崗,家中有年邁的爺爺和奶奶,家庭生活十分困難,我肩上的使命讓我不得不努力學(xué)習(xí)。期盼了那么多年,而今終于有了一個(gè)比較好的結(jié)果,拿到錄取通知書(shū)的那刻,父母和我心中的開(kāi)心快樂(lè)是無(wú)法用言語(yǔ)表達(dá)的。與此同時(shí),我們也感到迷惘當(dāng)我們慶賀人生的大書(shū)又將翻開(kāi)新的一頁(yè)的時(shí)候,正享受著難得的輕松而我們卻為昂貴的學(xué)費(fèi)發(fā)愁!

這時(shí)候,是工會(huì)組織為我們送來(lái)了及時(shí)雨,讓我們又有了希望讓我們能夠走進(jìn)理想的大學(xué)!在這里我代表受資助的同學(xué)們感謝市總工會(huì)的關(guān)心與幫助!是你們的關(guān)愛(ài)讓我們前進(jìn)的步伐更篤定,讓我們的信念更堅(jiān)定!請(qǐng)相信我們一定會(huì)不負(fù)您們的重望去闖出自己的天地,哪怕我們眼眶里含著淚水我們也會(huì)揚(yáng)起希望的風(fēng)帆乘風(fēng)破浪!

三年前的這個(gè)時(shí)候我走進(jìn)了臨江市第一中學(xué)開(kāi)始了我的高中生活。博學(xué)善導(dǎo)的老師讓我暢游在知識(shí)的海洋,上進(jìn)的學(xué)長(zhǎng)讓我明白“為之則難者亦易矣,不學(xué)則易者亦難矣”。

真誠(chéng)友善的同學(xué)們讓我體會(huì)到集體的溫暖。三年的高中生活,讓我體會(huì)到了“止于至善窮且益堅(jiān)”的道理,到了大學(xué)我仍舊會(huì)記著這八字箴言,時(shí)時(shí)提醒自己讓自己成為更好的'舵手把握生命的航向!我想工會(huì)本來(lái)就是我們父母溫馨的家當(dāng)然也是我們溫暖的港灣,漂泊在五湖四海的學(xué)子都會(huì)心泊于斯,情系于此的!

今天我深刻感受到黨和政府對(duì)貧困生的關(guān)注、關(guān)心、關(guān)愛(ài)和大力資助,在此我代表所有受資助的學(xué)生向您們表示衷心的感謝。感謝黨和政府以及“金秋助學(xué)”對(duì)我們的關(guān)懷,對(duì)我們的大力支持,真心的感謝你們!今后我們要用知識(shí)不斷豐滿自己青春的羽翼做對(duì)社會(huì)有用的人!要用實(shí)際行動(dòng)來(lái)報(bào)答黨和政府的關(guān)懷,盡自己最大的努力回報(bào)祖國(guó)、回報(bào)家鄉(xiāng)。

金秋助學(xué)受助學(xué)生演講稿

敬愛(ài)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、親愛(ài)的同學(xué)們:

大家好,非常榮幸今天能作為總工會(huì)“金秋助學(xué)”受助貧困大學(xué)生代表在此發(fā)言致謝。

金秋十月,帶著豐收碩果的縷縷醇香,也帶著即將展開(kāi)一段新生活的熱情,我們來(lái)到這里,共同表達(dá)我們的喜悅之情與感恩之心。

首先,我要代表廣大的受助貧困大學(xué)生,向陸豐市總工會(huì)致以最崇高的謝意!我們感謝工會(huì)組織體恤、關(guān)懷我們,為我們獻(xiàn)出愛(ài)心的偉大善舉,感謝你們一直支撐著廣大的貧困學(xué)生一路向前,感謝你們用愛(ài)心幫助我們完成大學(xué)之夢(mèng)!

年輕的心,對(duì)未來(lái)有無(wú)限的憧憬。懷揣著這份期待,我們斗志昂揚(yáng),秉燭夜游。為那魚(yú)躍龍門(mén)的喜悅,為那在水一方的理想,為父母、老師臉上欣慰的笑容,更為了描繪一個(gè)無(wú)悔的明天。如果說(shuō)赤裸殘酷的物質(zhì)現(xiàn)實(shí)成了每位貧困學(xué)子逐夢(mèng)途中的荊棘,那么陸豐市總工會(huì)“金秋助學(xué)”的這份沉甸甸的助學(xué)金便是幫助我們掃清障礙的利刃,讓我們能夠意氣風(fēng)發(fā),潑墨揮毫,書(shū)寫(xiě)人生的又一絢麗篇章。

你們的關(guān)愛(ài)與資助,如同灰蒙夜間中的燦爛火花,明亮了無(wú)數(shù)顆迷茫的心;如同廣袤大地上的輕柔和風(fēng),驅(qū)散了我們心中的寒冷。

我們相信,我們能夠合理利用這筆助學(xué)金來(lái)幫助自己順利完成學(xué)業(yè)。它不僅意味著對(duì)我們物質(zhì)上的幫助,更是精神上的慰藉!感謝黨和政府并未因我們的貧困渺小而遺忘我們,反而為我們減輕多方壓力,為我們能全身心投入學(xué)習(xí)創(chuàng)造條件。為此,我們倍感溫暖,多慶幸我們是生活在這個(gè)美好的時(shí)代!

居里夫人曾經(jīng)說(shuō)過(guò):“不管一個(gè)人取得多么值得驕傲的成績(jī),都應(yīng)該飲水思源,銘記當(dāng)初為他們的成長(zhǎng)播下最初種子的那個(gè)人。”感恩是靈魂上的健康。我們會(huì)牢記今日所接受的愛(ài)心與鼓勵(lì),明確肩上擔(dān)負(fù)的責(zé)任,在未來(lái)的日子里,把感恩之心化作行動(dòng),努力學(xué)習(xí)科學(xué)文化知識(shí)。我們會(huì)在浩渺的書(shū)海中汲取營(yíng)養(yǎng),在多彩的生活中提高能力。今日,猶如雛鷹的我們想在羽翼未滿時(shí),先道出心中的萬(wàn)千感恩;明日,在身姿矯健之時(shí),我們會(huì)付諸自己感恩的行動(dòng),并一路播撒愛(ài)心。

“天行健,君子自強(qiáng)以不息;地勢(shì)坤,君子厚物以載德?!薄皩殑︿h從磨礪出,梅花香自苦寒來(lái)!”我們相信,在經(jīng)歷了無(wú)數(shù)次刻苦的拼搏與奮斗之后,我們將會(huì)帶著所有的寄托、所有的期盼,所有曾熱切關(guān)心、無(wú)私幫助我們的人對(duì)我們的支持與鼓勵(lì),在即將展開(kāi)的大學(xué)生活中努力奮斗,學(xué)有所長(zhǎng),在以后的社會(huì)生活中用自己的能力回饋社會(huì)、報(bào)效祖國(guó)!

我們也堅(jiān)信,在社會(huì)各界熱心人士的支持、幫助下,我們會(huì)一同撐起一片更加廣闊的天空!
