第1篇 網(wǎng)絡文明演講稿
尊敬的老師，同學們：
大家好!
我今天將要給大家演講《網(wǎng)絡——把鋒利的雙刃劍》。
眾所周知，隨著時代的時步，科技的更新，更多的新事物涌入我們的世界，其中也包括了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)。自90年代后期互聯(lián)網(wǎng)進入我國以來，網(wǎng)絡就如同雨后春筍般，發(fā)展迅速，如今已遍布城鄉(xiāng)。作為一種新的傳媒手段，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)在經(jīng)濟建設和人們的各項活動中起著不可忽視的作用，同時也為青春少年的學習.交流以及娛樂提供了更為廣闊的天地。但是對于為成年人來說，網(wǎng)絡則是一把鋒利的“雙刃劍”，一朵帶刺的玫瑰，很多青少年正是因為過度沉迷于網(wǎng)絡，沉迷于網(wǎng)吧，缺乏自我保護意識和對危險的預防能力，對其學業(yè).健康和思想都造成了巨大的危害。
由此可見，網(wǎng)絡可以造就人才，也可以把人才引向無底深淵，以下是我總結(jié)的三點上網(wǎng)的危害：
一.網(wǎng)絡對青少年的人生觀.世界觀和價值觀形成的構(gòu)成潛在威脅。
二.網(wǎng)絡使許多青少年沉溺于虛擬的世界脫離現(xiàn)實，也使一些青少年荒廢學業(yè)。很多人把游戲稱作“電子海絡因”是不無道理的。
三.互聯(lián)網(wǎng)中的不良信息和網(wǎng)絡犯罪對青少年的身心健康和安全構(gòu)成危害和威脅。
許多學生因此耽誤了自己的學習.廢棄了美好的前程。據(jù)一項調(diào)查顯示，上網(wǎng)學生超過80%是在打游戲， 15%左右是在交友聊天，真正查詢資料用于學習的人數(shù)少之又少。
沉迷于網(wǎng)絡的學生，別說是上課學習，就連吃飯睡覺也能省就省，一天到晚迷迷糊糊，欲罷不能，可換來的是什么呢?在此，我呼吁那些還于網(wǎng)絡游戲，沉侵在虛幻甜蜜中的同學，當你替身意意正酣的時候，你可曾想到焦急的父母在正在等待你回家的消息?當你陶醉于刀光劍影的時候，你可曾想辛苦的老師為你耕耘的身影?當你于新識的網(wǎng)友高談闊論的時候，你可曾想到同學間真摯的話語才是真正的友情?當你沉溺在那些略帶灰色的網(wǎng)絡文學中的時候，你可曾想到現(xiàn)實世界正在漸漸離你遠去?同學們，快從虛幻的世界解脫出來吧，一樣最寶貴的東西——時間，正從你點擊鼠標，輕巧鍵盤的手指尖悄悄溜走，無法挽回。同學們，一個人的青春能有幾年?莫待白了少年頭，空悲切。古往今來，哪位成功的偉人不是惜時如金?對于學生，時間一秒就是一道題，一分就是一頁書。
在我們的身邊其實有很多網(wǎng)上不文明的現(xiàn)象，在我們學校的貼吧上你可以看到許多不文明用語的現(xiàn)象。這些庸俗的字眼為什么會出現(xiàn)在我們中學生的口中和鍵盤的敲擊下呢?也許和我們的生活環(huán)境有關(guān)，但更多的是我們中學生在網(wǎng)上瀏覽了不利于未成年人身心發(fā)展的文子以及圖片......
那么我們應該怎樣杜絕和減少這樣的現(xiàn)象呢?首先我們要學會正確使用網(wǎng)絡這把“雙刃劍”，讓它發(fā)揮正確的作用，不要讓它傷了自己。
年少的我們憧憬著美好的未來，而未來就掌握在自己手中。千萬不要讓網(wǎng)絡這張大網(wǎng)網(wǎng)住自己了手腳，束縛了心靈。記住句話“網(wǎng)絡是把雙刃劍，美麗卻擁有著毒性?！蔽覀円炎约?，做一個正確使用網(wǎng)絡的聰明人。

good afternoon, ladies and gentleman! first i want to say is that i’m very proud of to be invited to to present my topic here, which is “ internet civilization”.
before i begin my topic, please allow me to ask you a question: every time you click the mouse to surf the web, do you know what does it mean?
on the net, you can make friends overseas and call them with ip phones; you can get information from all over the world; you can even give a hand to some people in troubles and get help when in need.
however, we have to admit that internet also leads to intimacy before acquaintance; it scatters secrets outwards, not inwards; and, most worrying of all, it is a vehicle for liars.
here we should see, there e_ists good and evil, right and wrong on the web. as netizens, we’d better grow to realize the importance of internet civilization.
just as the famous saying goes “l(fā)ong and steep is the path to virtue.” many people advocate that we should be sincere, honest and responsible in our society—the real world. now, what i want to add is that we also should obey the primary moral principles in this virtual world.
