apqp崗位的日常工作包括：
1. 協(xié)調(diào)產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)，確保新產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)符合客戶規(guī)格和公司質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
2. 制定并執(zhí)行apqp計(jì)劃，包括產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)驗(yàn)證、過(guò)程設(shè)計(jì)驗(yàn)證和過(guò)程確認(rèn)。
3. 進(jìn)行fmea（失效模式及效應(yīng)分析），識(shí)別潛在問(wèn)題并制定預(yù)防措施。
4. 管理ppap（生產(chǎn)件批準(zhǔn)程序），確保批量生產(chǎn)前的所有準(zhǔn)備工作就緒。
5. 參與供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理，確保供應(yīng)商符合質(zhì)量要求。
6. 持續(xù)監(jiān)控生產(chǎn)過(guò)程，通過(guò)spc（統(tǒng)計(jì)過(guò)程控制）確保過(guò)程穩(wěn)定，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量一致。
