1. interface between the production plant and the sales organizations
2. responsible for analyzing the quality of the products at the customer’s site and setting corrective actions for sustainable improvement
tasks in operating cycle:
1. collecting service complaints from sales organizations, create action plans and find solutions to solve the problems and avoid them in the future
2. reporting to german headquarter (situation and progress of quality complaints, figures for the group quality reporting)
3.analysis in case of accidents on site
4. analysis and evaluation of service data
5.coordination of conceptual failures and sls actions according to group guidelines
6. coordination of wanted part process
7. detect weakness in the production process and give solutions for improvement
8. ensure sustainability of e_ecuted changes in production
9. working continuously on products improvement and give solutions to relative departments
10. visit customer site for information collection especially for the serious issue
任職要求:
1.university degree with a technical-related major (engineering, or industrial engineering preferred) or a technical education with long work e_perience
high level of production-related e_perience and technical knowledg
2.more than 3 years’ work e_periences in machinery assembling company as an sqi or pq or other similar position
3. e_cellent english language skills
