2、有5年以上健康管理行業(yè)研究開發(fā)管理工作經(jīng)驗,了解行業(yè)發(fā)展動態(tài),對產(chǎn)品有足夠熱情,具有創(chuàng)新性的產(chǎn)品思維;
3、具備優(yōu)良的計劃、組織、控制能力及良好的分析、判斷、計劃能力,溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力強;
4、要求英語六級以上,良好的聽說讀寫能力,口語流利,與外籍專家交流無障礙。

1.領導分管部門制度建設并組織實施年、季、月、周度工作計劃,負責具體實施,并針對任務變化進行階段性的調(diào)整,有效落實部門和下屬員工的各項業(yè)績指標,實施部門績效考核;

崗位職責:
1.根據(jù)產(chǎn)品規(guī)劃,控制整個技術(shù)團隊的交付和品質(zhì),控制開發(fā)整個過程及關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。
2.對開發(fā)項目進行規(guī)范化管理,做好開發(fā)項目質(zhì)量管控。

3.能熟練使用html、javascript、jquery等技術(shù)進行web開發(fā);

provides input and direction to the program team(s) in areas of customer concerns, potential changes in scope and risk assessment.
directs overall performance on the program(s), assuring that the “triple constraint” of cost/scope/schedule is met and resources necessary to achieve this constraint are appropriately identified and communicated.

monitors overall performance during all phases of the program(s) and develops and implements corrective action and recovery plans as required.
