description
our client is e_pecting ceo role to lead the team of the overseas car rental market: korea, japan europe and north america. they need the role to achieve below results:
_ formulate medium and long term strategic plans, overall goals and annual business plans for business development in accordance with the overall development plan for overseas car rental business;
_ decompose the annual business objectives of the overseas car rental business into various departments, supervise and control the completion of the business plan and the implementation of the key node plans of the project plan e_ecution book;
_ regularly report to the group on the business strategy and implementation of the plan;
_ responsible for the control and decision-making of major nodes in the overseas car rental business, combined with the actual situation of the overseas car rental market, and adjust the business strategy and business policy;
_ establish a company organization system and business system, be responsible for the construction of the middle and high-level management team, and cultivate e_cellent management teams.
_ coordinate the relationship between various departments, ensure the smooth flow of information, rationally allocate resources of various departments, and ma_imize the transformation and output of resources;
profile
_ bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years working e_perience in the world's top five car rental groups, or rentalcars, e_pedia work e_perience (e.g. europe car, uber, ori_, nissan, aj rent a car, jeju ok rent a car, etc.), more than 3 years of management e_perience;
_ fluent english communication skills, chinese for daily communicate preferred;
_ have a deep understanding of b2b business, online and offline operation mode, platform operation, travel industry, etc., and have more than 5 years of korea/japan/europe/north america local work e_perience;
_ have strong internet market operation and e_perience of netizens' user e_perience; have a high strategic development vision, recognize the company's corporate culture, have a high degree of professionalism and professional ethics, and have a strong will;

職位描述:
職責(zé)描述:
1)接收客戶訂單與預(yù)測,分析并轉(zhuǎn)換為內(nèi)部生產(chǎn)需求以指導(dǎo)生產(chǎn);
receive customer order and forecast, analyze and transfer to internal production demand.
2)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)貨并解決相關(guān)問題,及時跟蹤確保產(chǎn)品按要求交付;
coordinate and resolve shipping issue, follow up products arrive destination as request.
3)控制庫存在合理范圍,避免交付風(fēng)險;
inventory control under reasonable range to avoid delivery risk.
4)客戶關(guān)系維護(hù),對客戶物流打分負(fù)責(zé);
customer relationship maintenance, responsibility for customer score (logistics).
5)工程變更/生產(chǎn)終結(jié)時的生產(chǎn)管理,防止出現(xiàn)呆滯庫存;
control ec/eop production to avoid obsoletes
6)中轉(zhuǎn)庫日常管理及年度審核;
transit warehouse management and annual audit.
7)運(yùn)費(fèi)控制及避免額外運(yùn)費(fèi);
avoid premium freight and control freight cost.
8)不良品及呆滯庫存的處理跟進(jìn)
follow up unqualified stock and dead stock dispose.
9)能自我學(xué)習(xí)/發(fā)展去滿足職位的需求;

10) 完成上級所布置的其他工作。

職位要求:
1)五年以上相關(guān)工廠計劃工作經(jīng)驗, 汽車行業(yè)優(yōu)先;
above 5 years’ e_perience relate to plant planning, automotive industry is preferred.
2)熟練操作 erp軟件(qad or sap)/ office/ outlook 等;
familiar with erp software(qad or sap)/ office/ outlook etc;
3) 進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)知識。
basic knowledge of import & e_port trade.
