工作內(nèi)容:
本地支持
branch support
1、進(jìn)行日常硬件設(shè)備維護(hù)工作,軟件安裝、卸載及問題處理;

8、負(fù)責(zé)定期對硬件基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的晨檢、巡檢及事故上報(bào);
responsible for regular morning check and on-site inspection of hardware infrastructure and accident report.
9、協(xié)助數(shù)據(jù)備份及介質(zhì)管理;
assist in data backup and backup media management(including both onsite and offsite backup tapes).
10、協(xié)助本地it項(xiàng)目的部署和實(shí)施;
assist in local it project deployment and implementation.
11、提供本地應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)支持,以及銀行內(nèi)部系統(tǒng)的搭建、安裝、測試;
provide technical support services to local application system, as well as internal systems roll out, installation and test.
12、與各部門協(xié)作各項(xiàng)工作;

helpdesk工程師崗位職責(zé)
職責(zé)描述:
1. 負(fù)責(zé)解決用戶的it問題。包括域賬號、郵件、殺毒軟件和其他應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)的問題。
be responsible to solve it problem. including user account, outlook, anti-virus and other
applications.
2. 負(fù)責(zé)it資產(chǎn)的管理。包括資產(chǎn)的采購,資產(chǎn)變動情況的記錄,定期組織盤點(diǎn)等。
be responsible for the management of it assets. including the purchasing process for
assets, updating assets change documents, organizing stock taking periodically etc.
3. 負(fù)責(zé)it文檔管理。包括it知識庫、it故障記錄的整理。
be responsible to manage it document. including it knowledge base, it troubleshooting
record etc.
4. 負(fù)責(zé)提供it培訓(xùn)。包括新員工入職培訓(xùn)和it內(nèi)部培訓(xùn),通過不斷的培訓(xùn)和知識庫系統(tǒng),確保所有用戶能

任職要求:
1. 本科及本科以上,計(jì)算機(jī)及相關(guān)專業(yè)

2. 豐富的it維護(hù)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),在it架構(gòu)搭建、域的管理、郵件服務(wù)器、操作系統(tǒng)方面有豐富的知 識。
