高級(jí)維修服務(wù)工程師 -機(jī)械 羅爾斯羅伊斯商業(yè)(北京)有限公司上海分公司 羅爾斯羅伊斯商業(yè)(北京)有限公司上海分公司關(guān)聯(lián)公司 job purpose 職位目的:
? responsible for performing the assigned mechanical works according to works order， mtu standards and good engineering practice， and to assist in handling the workshop activities
key accountabilities 主要職責(zé):
? carry out the assigned work independently on off-highway products at sites and in the workshops
? perform servicing and function tests on the off-highway products and carry out repair， maintenance， and adjustment as required. conduct acceptance test upon completion of work
? lead a team on repair / assembly job of w5 maintenance or higher of off-highway products either in-house or at field service as required
? check installation of off-highway products， setting to work and commissioning of off-highway products together with customers or customer representatives
? provide status of work in hand and prepare travel report/service report upon completion of works and maintain the service record
? deal with technical enquiries from the customers or colleagues whether in the capacity of his own knowledge or by assisting e_perts in providing the clarification
? follow-up， register and keep up-to-date the collection of mtu maintenance， repair and operational manuals， drawings， etc. of general or order (project) related issues
? assist in ensuring discipline and order in the work process in workshop and at field
? upkeep the cleanliness of workplace
? observe the safety regulations of the company and at sites
? any other assignment from time to time 其他工作安排
key e_periences and any qualifications 職位主要經(jīng)驗(yàn)和技能要求:
? degree / diploma holder in mechanical engineering or similar， or possess equivalent qualifications. formal education can be compensated by rich skills gained through practical e_perience
? at least 3 years relevant working e_perience in engine / machinery repair
? able to communicate orally in english， able to understand english version technical documents and drawings， and can write reports in english
? able to use office softwares
? e_perience and knowledge on engines and its applications， including the installations， operation & maintenance/repair
? good understanding of relevant engineering/ scientific principles
? good tolerance for managing pressure / stressful situations
? good communication， interpersonal skills and is a good team player
第3篇 機(jī)械維修崗位職責(zé)及職位要求
設(shè)備維修員，又稱為設(shè)備維修技術(shù)員，是指在企業(yè)中負(fù)責(zé)企業(yè)設(shè)備的日常維修以及保養(yǎng)，定期檢修以及搶修等工作，確保企業(yè)的設(shè)備能正常運(yùn)行，保障企業(yè)生產(chǎn)順利進(jìn)行。設(shè)備維修員的直接上級(jí)是設(shè)備主管。
機(jī)械維修職位要求
1.機(jī)電、機(jī)械相關(guān)專業(yè)大專以上學(xué)歷；
2.具備1年以上設(shè)備維修工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3.具備專業(yè)的機(jī)械設(shè)備安裝、維修以及保養(yǎng)知識(shí)，具備熟練的設(shè)備維修及保養(yǎng)操作技能；
4.具備良好的分析問題和解決問題的能力；
5.具備良好的溝通交流能力以及高度的敬業(yè)精神。
機(jī)械維修崗位職責(zé)
1.電氣維修技術(shù) 負(fù)責(zé)公司生產(chǎn)設(shè)備疑難電氣故障排除的技術(shù)工作；指導(dǎo)分廠機(jī)電維修人員解決設(shè)備故障，對(duì)疑難問題提出尋找故障的思路，拿出技術(shù)方案；
2.電氣設(shè)計(jì) 根據(jù)生產(chǎn)實(shí)際的需要，掌握非標(biāo)設(shè)備的工藝要求，通過查閱資料獨(dú)立設(shè)計(jì)非標(biāo)設(shè)備的電氣圖紙并安排組織施工；
3.技術(shù)培訓(xùn) 負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)公司電氣維修人員進(jìn)行技術(shù)培訓(xùn)工作，組織或講解電工原理、機(jī)床電氣工作原理，數(shù)控機(jī)床電氣系統(tǒng)，提高電氣維修人員的整體素質(zhì)；
4.技術(shù)考核 參與對(duì)電氣技術(shù)工人的出題，判卷，技術(shù)考核，技術(shù)等級(jí)評(píng)定，技師聘任工作，參與工程技術(shù)人員的職稱評(píng)審工作；
5.技術(shù)改造 負(fù)責(zé)普通機(jī)床的數(shù)控化改造工作，不斷用新技術(shù)、新器件充實(shí)機(jī)床電氣系統(tǒng)，使老機(jī)床煥發(fā)新春，新機(jī)床更好服務(wù)。
